Fiery Deli is all about offering you the most delicious, wholesome and nourishing food experience, the flavours of our meals will simply delight you. Our meals are lovingly developed and prepared to truly nourish and satisfy the whole family, from young to old. Our meals are all Gluten, dairy, yeast and sugar free. We use only the freshest ingredients sourced locally where possible & free range chicken & organic eggs.
One of our most popular dishes is our 'Arepas' with a variety of traditional and very yummy Venezuelan fillings :)
Arepas are a Venezuelan version of a pita bread, made from100% cornmeal (therefore naturally Gluten free) freshly cooked on the BBQ so they are nice and crispy, open them up like a pocket bread and fill them with one of our amazing fillings.
The fillings we offer are
1/ - Free Range Chicken, avocado & Coriander - Reina Pepiada
2/ - Stewed shredded beef - Carne Mechada
3/ - Black Beans - Caraotas Negras and
4/ - Scramble Egg mix Filling with optional bacon - Perico
5/ - Traditional Venezuelan Plate of Rice, Beans & Shredded Beef with the option of Cooked Plantain Bananas - Pabellion Criollo as well as
7/ - Vegetarian/Vegan, Chicken or Beef Nachos
